Do you know who is actually allowing it to be played? Our church took the teen group the Saturday after it came out and the theater had already shut it down said they were not going to be showing it.
I think it is going to be interesting as a lot of people believe in evolution and our kids are being taught to believe it as well- Maybe someone will see its not as true as they think it is!

Oh that's too bad that y'all couldn't see it. We went and saw it at the Lakeland Village a couple weeks ago, the new Cobb theater by target in Lakeland. It was good and showed Evolution as the farce and danger it is to society. I don't know if it's still there, you can look at the paper or call different movie places and ask.

Woohoo! Hubby & I saw the new Indiana Jones movie Friday night! We liked it. I don't want to go into details & spoil it for anyone, though. I wasn't that thrilled with the last few minutes, but I loved the actual end of the movie. Definitely leaves you wondering about another sequel. Harrison Ford is still great, as always (even if he is getting older). This is definitely one that I want to add to my DVD collection.
Speaking of DVDs, Target had the other 3 Indiana Jones movies on sale for $10 each. I don't know how long the sale is going. Just thought I would pass that along.
So, even though it's been 19 yrs since the last movie, I'm still an Indiana Jones fan after watching the new one!

Tricia, thanks for that DVD tip, I may go up there and get them. I have all three on VHS, but for that price, I can upgrade!

Hubby and I saw the movie last night (Sunday). My Aunt watched the wee ones for me. The movie was different than what I expected, but overall I just love watching Harrison Ford be Indiana Jones. He has a scrub down "shower" scene, hubba hubba, He is still very handsome!

If you love Indiana Jones you will love this movie like I did. I can not wait to buy it to add to our movie collection.

Tricia, I must have missed the sale or maybe I was at the wrong Target. I went to Target(on Harden) last night (Tuesday) and the DVD's were $14 a piece, still not a bad buy, but I was still hoping for a better deal. They were all out of the "Last Crusades" movie too.

Was the deal you saw at the north Lakeland Target?

It was at the Target in North Lakeland on N 98. I bought them last Wednesday (I think), but we were in there again Saturday night, and they were still on sale. I don't know how long the sale lasted, though. I one of all 3!

I should have posted it the day I saw it, but I forgot about til I posted about the new movie.
