top registar I think it will be fun It is a challenge from the Gov to be more active and keep track of it. you can be a team or a individual. this is hopefully going to motivate me to get my but out of the house and walk.

I would love to do something like this. I'd love to be able to walk with someone else daily here in Polk City- But not many people like to come "out here"

I started to do the special K- but I crashed really bad. I guess watching calories is better than just eating cereal all day. I think Walking, exercising on my ball and just watching my calories will help me out a lot... I got baby weight to loose as well.

I would like to try to at least once a week to go the Lake howard nature park it has 1 mile, 1/2 mil and 1/4 mile walking paths all asphalt so stroller friendly.

We usually go to the Van Fleet Trail. We usually drive out to the Green Pond entrance since its not as busy and its prettier out there.

I would love to start my walking again, I was walking Fort Frasier trail in Bartow from Hwy60 to Bartow Ford, but my walking buddies have had things come up. Anyone in Bartow who would like to walk let me know.
