I've been waiting to sign up because I'm not sure whether I can make it or not yet. I have a friend's birthday this weekend, and a few other things going on, but If I am able to (and hope I can) I will bring some extra 2 liter drinks, some chips, maybe some cookies too. I'm just not going to have extra time to cook or bake much this time, maybe next time.

Anyway, I hope to come.

I'm not really a mom, but as a stepmom to two I have some experience. So I'll bring the 9-year-old along, with his dad, of course, and a meat dish, maybe fried chicken, along with something that takes a little more imagination.

Well ladies, my entire family has woke up this morning with the creeping crud. We are all sick, even little man woke up with it. Although I was very excited about going, I will not infect you, we are staying home. Summer colds have to be the worst, now I'm sick, and tired.

OMG--they are the worst. I hope you all get to feeling better real soon. We will miss you all. I looked forward to meeting you and all the "PolkMoms"!!
