Welcome Moms to PolkMoms.com!
This site has been in soft launch for about a week but today is our official out and about! I can not tell you enough how excited I am to have this tool of the meeting of the mommie minds. This is a brand new site developed for us moms, to share and learn from each other. PolkMoms includes; forum chats, a blog where I hope to make you giggle a time or two with the feeling of, "I've been there!", photo and video abilities to share the special people in our lives, and a great calendar that not only lets you know of local events, but allows you to input events you know of as well. If anyone has any questions, do not hesitate to contact me. Feedback is welcome too . Here is to our journey forward, together.....

I just wanted to say, I read the feature story in today's The Ledger and Life section, "POLKMOMS.COM" otherwise titled "Virtual Polk Moms." It's a very nice introduction to this site, and I think it will definitely encourage interest and alert other moms that haven't heard yet.

For those who have not read it yet, check it out. (BTW ~ Shawn, I love the family picture, I know the article mentioned how your home was like a "magnetic force" and very inviting, well, the photo exerts the same energy, very welcoming and inviting.
