I need contact information on the cake baker at Florida Southern college!

Tonight my son Brandon Graduated from PCC collegiate High and the graduation ceremony was at Florida Southern College. They had reception cakes that were so yummy! When I inquired who baked them, I was told the college baker did! I was also told that this baker does cakes as a side job for various occasions. Considering Ryan and Lilly's birthday party is in a few weeks, I am interested in this baker. Does anyone know this person and their contact information?

I found the "cake Lady". Her name is Mary Lanphear. I talked with her on the phone and was amazed at all the things she does with cakes, from fillings to castles. She is doing a working light house cake for a wedding right now! She does huge to small too. She is calling me back Friday with a price.

If any of you are interested in an occasion cake, this lady has yummy cake!

I also know a cake lady not the same she makes really good cakes. she is the only one i use for cakes for my kids b-days she does a really good job on them she can do anything. her prices are really good too. if any body wants more info just let me know

The catering department at FSC is fantastic!! I work here and was so impressed that I have used them for my Dad's suprise birthday party and others here have then cater weddings too!

Cindy, I agree! I was impressed. Does the school rent out it's rooms for parties? And they do full force catering? Give me more details if you can.

Hi -1NicoleP! I didn't end up using Mary Lanphear because my kids ended up wanting a Dora and Diego party. Publix had the designs they liked and we went with that. They were tasty.

For Lillian's Dora we did strawberry filling with Cream Cheese Icing -hurt yourself yum!

and Ryan we did chocolate cake with buttercream on his Diego cake. Publix buttercream really is yummy to me!

I will say that I have had Mary's cake before, and it is DELICIOUS! If you want to contact her, contact Florida Southern College. She is their official baker.
