Spring Break for Polk Schools is March 31- April 4. Do you have plans? Will you stay close to home? Do you have a daycare dilemma? Will your kids be in spring break camp? Discuss plans and topics for spring break.

As far as I know we aren't doing anything. Just hanging out around here.

Do y'all have anything planned Shawn?

Thanks for asking Rachel, I'm not sure what we are doing. It depends on the weather I think mostly. My parents live on the water in Port Charlotte. My kids love to go there. I know I will not be able to keep them out of the water if we go. If it warms up enough we may go for a couple of days.

I also think I will take part of the time to catch up on some Spring Cleaning. The kids can help me divide and conquer plus I have a veggie garden I want to start. The little ones always love to help with that. Anything that involves dirt is usually great with them.

I'm kind of looking for suggestions myself.... Smiler

new twist, it will depend on how the family feels. Austin stayed home sick today with a fever and cold Frowner. Hopefully by next week all of us will feel well enough to enjoy our vacation. Confused

Oh I hope he feels better soon. That would be miserable if the kids were sick on their vacation.

Thank you Rachel Smiler. When one gets sick, it usually makes it's rounds through the whole family, except hubby and Brandon, they rarely get sick,(that still leaves 5 of us Smiler) They have immune systems made of steel, lol.

Hi,
Well I have to work but not all day. I will be the P.M. Site Manager for the Y.M.C.A.'s Wendell Watson kidcare program. That is not to bad but I would rather be home. Maybe later on.

Oh really? That don't sound too bad. Do you like it?
