Today (the first Friday every June)is National Donut Day. Great story behind this day, I included a link here. If you happen by a Krispy Kreme Store today, they are giving out free donuts in honor of the day.

Sorry, it was before 5 am this morning when I found and wrote this, also before my first cup of coffee. It is the first Friday in June which is today. I hope some how some of you got to enjoy Donut Day!

I saw it yesterday morning, too. I really wished I could have taken advantage of it, but there's no Krispy Kreme store here! I didn't want to drive to Tampa or Brandon just for a free donut! Course, if we had one here in Lakeland, I'd probably gain way too much weight!
