An article worth catching. As a pregnant mom you want to do what is best for your baby. There is so much we have to consider when eating fish while pregnant - like high levels of mercury. In the dos and don'ts of pregnancy thread there's a good list of "safe fish" to eat and how much in that link provided. This article discusses this too.

Do you moms think you ate enough fish while pregnant? Were you scared to because of mercury contamination?

Just read this Shawn and yes I can say without a doubt that I believe eating fish contributed to our second miscarriage, just before we conceived our second son. There is so much contradictory information out there, that one never knows what is ok and not. We thought I was doing the right thing, eating fish. Read up on it. Had we gone to term, there are any number of possible problems our baby/we could have had as a result of fish (chemical) toxicity. Something I, especially, had to release was guilt. There is only so much we can read ahead of conceiving and then do during pregnancy than to keep guilt. But, I admit, I struggled with guilt for a time.
