Something for you ladies to ponder trying to conceive. If your mate is overweight it could affect his quality and number of sperm.

This is interesting. I never knew the man's weight was a factor. I knew ours was, when we were having trouble conceiving I started working out a lot and my doctor told me the rapid drop in body fat is what helped me get pregnant. Of course, the pregnancy took care of all the weight I lost.

Well in our case we did not have that problem with Sophie, my husband has strong and healthy swimmers we are still trying to figure out how Sophie came about or I maybe just "Fertile Myrtle"
