Let me know if anyone has actually used this book, but I spoke to some ladies the other day that said this book is the key to getting pregnant or vice versa, the key to pregnancy prevention.

I discovered this book back in January after searching for birth control alternatives. I was tired of taking a pill filled with horomones and wanted a more natural way. I am so glad I found this book. I feel like I understand what is going on in my body so much more. The book has tons of useful information and even comes with a free 15 day subscription for the charting software. After the 15 days were up I decided to purchase the software for $39.99. It is definitely worth it.

I credit this book (ALONG WITH A FABULOUS OBGYN) for my oldest daughter, we tried almost 5 years and had 2 miscariages. It helped my learn alot about the signs that could help me in getting pregnant.
If you have any more specific questions feel free to ask me.

Another fan of TCOYF! While it didn't help me get pregnant, it helped me avoid it for awhile when I didn't want to use any hormonal methods. It's an awesome resource for really understanding how the female reproductive system works.

TCOYF is a wonderful book! I purchased one while ttc my middle son, and it proved invaluable. Another website to definitely check out for ttc'ers is www.fertilityfriend.com
