It's about hoopty doopty (better than the expletive I really want to use) time. This has been going on long enough. Every time I see a picture of Caylee, with her big brown eyes, I just want to cry!!! Thanks for the post Mamaboo. This is one little girl that needs not be forgotten. Justice for Caylee......

Thank you Mamaboo for posting. I was watching it earlier when it was leaked to the press that there was an indictment, but no one knew for sure who yet. In my mind, I was like, as if! (it could be someone else )

I do not doubt that the mother had something to do with her daughter’s death . I just hope they have enough evidence to be able to prove she is dead, and the mother did kill her. I just question how they can without a body.

I know in the past people have been convicted without a body, but I also know people have gotten off because there wasn’t enough proof (no body).

I understand wishful thinking, I really do. I can not imagine feeling how this lady must.

To love your granddaughter so much and have to except the fact that her own daughter may have a role in the granddaughter being missing.

That is the link I read this AM. I wanna know what this attorney meant when he said
"I sincerely believe that when we have finally spoken, everyone, and I mean everyone, will sit back and say, 'Now, I understand. That explains it,'" Anthony's attorney, Jose Baez, said Tuesday as he stood next to his client before the indictment was issued.

When they have finally spoken? umm hello is now not the time to speak up - might be convicted and sentenced to death.. if she knows where the girl is and from the sounds of that statement they do then someone needs to stop wasting peoples time. UGH- Upsets me. The company my husband works for donated a building for them to conduct their search out of. People have spent thousands of dollars looking for her- and then they make this statement. I so hope she gets what she deserves.

They should be able to get her without a body- Scott Peterson was convicted of murder before they found his wife and babies bodies. Everything was evidence pointing to him- blood, his house, his boat, items used.. Yeah I'm sure they got HER car, HER computer- Caylees DNA- borrowing a shovel, decomposed body tracing... come on it don't take a rocket scientist to figure out that this woman either did it or had something to do with it.
