Hi mommies! My name is Amanda and I'm 22 years old with a 4 month old son. My husband works out of state and only comes home every 6 weeks. I live in North Lakeland and don't have any mommy friends. I'd like to find some company to go shopping, out to lunch, go for walks, take the babies swimming at my apartment and have laid back play-dates. I go to a mommy-n-me class once a week, but other than that my schedule is wide open! I've set up a Yahoo Group called "New Moms In Lakeland" so any other mommies who are bored/lonely during the day, please join! I hope to see some moms soon!

My name is Amanda too and I will be 22 in August. I have a 15month old son named Benjamin and my husband currently works out of town too. He is a lineman, builds powerlines and since he works for a contractor he has to go where they want; currently he is in Tarpon Springs Monday thru Thursday so I can understand your situation but with a 4month old wow!
