My aunt bought me 2 plastic see through bibs that has animals on the inside between layers that I love. Everything would repel off it. With regular bibs, my children's bib then shirt would get soaked through with drool or food/drink. I love these plastic bibs, and I have no idea where my aunt got them. I used these 2 over and over with Lillian.

i used to use cloth diapers for burping cloths. they worked great they are nice and thick.
also a good thing to use to get staines esp spit up stains is totally toddler. you spray it on then wash and most of my staines came out. i thought walmart sold it but when i went today to get more they were out. but i pretty sure toys r us sells it.

I haven't personally used totally toddler but I have heard good things about it. I know they sell it at Burlington Coat Factory in the Baby Depot, and I think I saw it at Toys R Us also.

For the boys we have used hand towels or wash clothes. You can usually get a big pack of wash clothes for $2.50 from walmart. The hand towels we found when they were on clearance- but they work great for us.
