I thought this was a great article with great advice. I have people telling me I need to get Lillian out of her crib. I am in no hurry; she is my last baby Frowner. I want to keep her a baby as long as possible. According to this article, you don’t need to take baby out of the crib until baby is potty trained (maybe that is why I like the article Smiler) It has some good ideas and tips as well. Worth the read.

What age do you feel is best and when did you/or plan to pull your little ones from the crib?

Well my little girl is 15 months as you know, and we still have her crib in our bedroom, but I have just finished her Disney Princess bedroom in our extra room and she will probably use the toddler bed for naps at first, until she can get used to sleeping on her own. I'd say at about 2 years is when she'll finally want to sleep alone. My nephew is 2 and he got his room fixed up with stuff from the Cars movie and he won't come out now most of the time!! He loves it and he sleeps on his own now.

We moved my older son into his own room right before he turned two, it took a while for bed time to be "easy". He was constantly coming out of his room at night. My 22 month old will be coming out of his crib when he is climbing out :-). I am definitely not ready for him to make the transition!

My husband and I transitioned my son from his crib to a toddler bed by the time he was one. He is currently sleeping in a twin bed. He has been a easy child to switch. I feel it depends on the child. He is only two now, but is very advanced in many areas of growth.

Hope everyone has a great week!
