Is anyone currently trying weight watchers? I am starting it again 9 weeks after my c-section. It really worked after my first son, although not really until he was about 7 months old, but I lost the weight. It seems I couldn't really lose it until I quit breastfeeding.
I don't go to meetings....I just do it at home with the book and the points finder.
Does anyone have any good weight watchers recipes to share?

I'm going to try the Serotonin power diet. I am waiting to get the book- but from what I've read on line and in a few magazines its suppose to be good.
Anyone that would like more information I can give you some once I get the book or could give you some websites.

I'd love to do weightwatchers as my mil has lost about 45 on it- but its costly when you don't have the extra to buy the right foods.

Oh yes I love WW!
It was the only thing that really helped me loose about 45 pounds 5 years ago and became a lifetime member. I was a size 14 heading into a 16 and I had a serious wake up call! I saw pictures of myself and was shocked! Eeker
I lost all the weight and then a few years later I got pregnant. I went back to WW after having Lacie who is now 2 1/2 and got back down to my original weight.
Now I am about 34 weeks pregant and I will be going back to WW as soon as my 6 week post partum check up is done.
I do write things down, it really does help if you see it on paper. I like to go to meetings because I know if I'm paying $10.00 a week I will stick with it even better because there is money involved! LOL
It taught me portion control. I can have anything I want , I just have to count it. You learn how to eat healthier and avoid those high point snacks.
I do have some recipes here somewhere. I will look for some.
Also a good web site for all the restaurants is "dotti's weight loss zone" DWLZ.COM
She has recipes too.
