I found this article in Women's Health Magazine.
Told by a man, this article discusses the reasons why he stays faithful in a 23 year relationship. The repercussions of a partners cheating could be daunting for a woman. It does count as a health issue for us for sure. I thought it was interesting. I can only hope other men can see the points this guy brings to the table.... http://www.womenshealthmag.com/sex-and-relationships/cheating-on-your-wife ~Mother to Brandon, Austin, Ethan, Ryan and Lillian~ Breaking Lillian of the bink. Anyone and everyone can stay faithful. Yes. I don't care who you are. Why on earth anyone would be embarrassed about that I don't know. It should be the opposite.

Rachel I agree, no really. Embarrassed for having morals? After reading this, it made me reevaluate as a wife, "should I be worried about Hubby cheating?" I don't want to! As a momma, I am the banker/accountant/housekeeper/supplier/ chauffeur/doctor /teacher/soccer mom/gardener/cook/laundress, etc. I have enough things to worry about than a cheating spouse!

I don't think my husband would ever cheat. That being said I have also seen many women completely shoked when they learn it is happening in their marriage. I think good comunication is key, and also remembering you are partners in life, you don't own each other. Some folks get married and all social life stops. It's like they don't trust each other to go out without the other.

I also have heard from more than one guy that guys can tell if other guys are the cheating kind just by looking at them. So I always say, to the guys at work, look at him does he look like a cheater and the guys will say yes or no all together as if they the guy is wearing a sign. It is really wierd, and my husband agrees he can tell which of my friends boyfriends will cheat and he is right a lot.

Oh girl, I have to bring hubby back to your neck of the woods and let your male coworkers check him out for the "cheating sign". lol- I am just kidding, I hope and pray that would not happen in our relationship.
My husband tells me the same as yours, He thinks he can tell or spot a cheater a mile away. If any of you read the article I attatched, the husband writing the article talks about being faithful as if it is a man to man social no -no. Hubby tells me all the time about guys discussing actively stepping out on their wives. So are these guys talking about it our walking the walk? Is it really so bad for a guy to admit he is faithful? ~Mother to Brandon, Austin, Ethan, Ryan and Lillian~ Breaking Lillian of the bink. Just call me, "The Bad Guy" |
