Hello Aging Gracefully

I am 31 and have 1 son and we are trying for more.
I started coloring my hair at age 13 cause mom did it, Now since my wedding oct 2006 I have not colored my hair I have a natural color OMG... But I also have Gray coming in I think its from the Husband truly. I use to color it my self and when i could indulge I went to a saloon.
I a have always been a heavy girl never below a size 14, now at my heavest I have ever been. and truly depressed about it. We can't afford and equipment and the gym is out of the question so I walk the neighborhood.

I feel alot older than I am but that could be because of lack sleep. and my bra size is off the charts nothing fits. And none of my clothing fits I just purged my closet and Cryed. (anyone looking for sizes 14 to 18 let me know)
Does it get any better?

I think I will start Dyeing my hair next year and the working out thing is just needing motivation.
My sister In Law just had a Boob reduction and tummy tuck age 35 and done having kids. 2 liters of fat removed from the tummy alone and she is not a heavy girl.

Make up What is that I Only where it to Church just foundation eyliner and Lipstick till it wears off My husband calls it clown make up says I do not need it.

I hope and pray One day I will like my Body again. Where did it go????!!!!!

i'm far from a beauty queen my self. hahaha. i don't think i have ever worn makeup. i guess i'm just not the girly type. i've always had my hair long. i did cut it short twice and donated it to locks of love. but i keep it mostley in a pony tail. and i think i have only ever dyed it twice. i tryed to do red but my hair really didn't take to red. as for working out i really don't but i should. my daughter loves to march around the house and dance so i do things like that with her. soup cans are a good on hand weights for beginners that don't have the money for real weights. or other things around the house work good too. a couple times a year i really feel like working out so i got an arobic step and it's fun instead of sitting around just to step up on that for a bit inbetween things your doing. or hand mow the lawn also works good for 1 day a week. and it's sad to say i haven't dressed up since i quit my job almost 3 years ago. i'm a jeans and tee girl.
as for plastic surgery if i had unlimted funds. maybe after i was sure i was done having kids. i think i would like a nice flat tummy. and thinner thighs. lol this is fun!!!! it makes you really think.

I color my hair every once in a while, but not because of grey. I just like a change of pace.

My body? I love my body. After a total of five live births, I am lucky I have one at all. Sure, I have a few stretch marks, but don't we all? One thing that I love about getting older is that my breasts have shrunk. WooooWhooo! (I had a D cup by the age of 14). I eat well balanced meals and lots of fresh fruit and veggies. I watch my cholesterol. I always park far from the store, take the stairs, and anything else I can do to keep myself moving.

Make up makes me look old. I use a daily moisturizer w/ sunscreen, a little mascara and a touch of lip-gloss. My hair is cropped short and has been for years. It fits me and makes me feel very feminine.

It may have taken me 42 years, but I like myself; top to bottom. Big Grin
