Hi, my name Ranae. I am married to a wonderful husband of almost 10 years. We have 2 beautiful little girls. One is 5 and the other 3. They are both adopted! Our 5 year old was adopted internationally and our 3 year old domestic. We are so blessed! They are the love of our lives! I am a SAHM and would not trade it for the world. Our 5 year old will be starting kindergarden this fall, we will keep our 3 year old home one more year. This way she can get some "mommy alone time"! I am so happy to have such a good moderator of this site! Thanks for your hard and faithful work Shawn!

There are several moms of adopted children that frequent here. I appreciate you mentioning that aspect of your life. We need a forum about international adoption. I hope someone will start one soon? If you feel up to sharing, it would be great! Especially since you have gone international and domestic routes?

Hi mom of five! Thanks for the welcome. My hubby keeps tellling me that we need to have another one for Brinkley to play with since there is such a huge gap between mine. I am still undecided. She keeps me SO busy!

Oh Julie, that is what happened to me. Hubby and I originally wanted one baby between us. He had Brandon and Austin and I had Ethan. Then we had Ryan. There was 8 years between our youngest, Ethan and Ryan, so that was what entertained the idea of us having another baby. Keep us updated

I know what you mean about more relaxed even thou my boys are only 5 years apart when I had my oldest I was 27 with my 2 year old I was 32 and now that his 2 Im much more laid back with him at 34 then I was when my oldest was 2 My Mom tells me its my age she says woman are more settled in there 30's
