Have you thought about doing childcare in your home? The lady that used to keep my child charged me $60 a week & I provided everything. She kept 5, so that was $300 a week for her.

I have never stayed home with a bunch of little ones like that, but it is something to think about.

Just a note on keeping kids at your home, I'm not up on the current state laws - but when I was growing up and my mom kept kids the limit that you can keep without getting a state license is either 3 or 4. You can definitely do more (of certain ages), but you'll have to look at licensing.

I sell items on Ebay to make a bit of extra money. I work on commission for a local non profit organization that raises some of its money that way and I'm a trading assistant on Ebay for them.

Is "a bit" a little bit, or a big bit? I have thought about Ebay once before.I have bought from it, but never sold.

I am currently working for west at home. As of September of 2007, there are no start up costs. The hours are very flexible and it has been great for our family.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at jasmineneil01@tampabay.rr.com.

Something I have thought of doing is growing plants/ fresh fruit/ veggies to sell at farmers markets around the county.

Also you can think of crafts/goods to make and sell. Homemade cakes to jams and jellys.

I have thought of catering as well.
Just some thoughts

Right now for me- I am going off of unemployment and ebay. Ebay is good if you sale things people are wanting. Also, you can post things cheaper by using www.auctiva.com it lets you post things without being charged all the ebay fees. So it helps put a little in your pocket. I've also learned to do shipping from home instead of the post office. I got a scale off of ebay and I use the pitney bowes to ship.
