I found Jaguar in Monday's Paper. How do I register to win tickets???

On PolkMoms'home page there is an ad with Diego asking if you found Baby Jaguar. If you click on this add a form will pop up to fill out for a chance to win 4 tickets to Diego Live.

Where is Baby Jaguar? The Ledger (printed edition only) has Baby Jaguar “hiding” in each issue this week - in any section of the paper! If a reader wants to participate to win tickets to the show, all he or she needs to do is look for Baby Jaguar this week, Monday thru Friday, in The Ledger. Once they find Baby Jaguar, visit PolkMoms.com, click on the "Where is Baby Jaguar" ad to register and tell the page where Baby Jaguar was found in order to enter to win.
