So if someone has differing views on vaccination than you, they are somehow engaging in "baiting"?

Sir, you assume so, I never discussed vaccines with you.

The topic to me is not so controversial as you over and over project it to be. Many parents, moms and dads, even very close personal friends of mine have taken steps and considerations about the vaccine debate.

If you would look through out the forums here on PolkMoms you will see I have posted Jenny McCarthy articles that could be conceived as anti-vaccine.

My concerns with your posts are not of informational content, but of your approach.

Ever heard of, "You get more flies with honey than you do vinegar"?

I am sure you have been in a schooled environment at some point in your life so you should be able to see where I am going in my following angle?

If you have a teacher or mentor that you respect, revere, or just plain like, the things they believe in will be more important, thought provoking, and impressionable. It is the opposite if you are not enjoying a persona. You could be pushing people away from the subject you so adamantly admit to want to "teach" us all due to your demeanor.

As far as your off topic subject of breastfeeding - It seems you know little about the issue. Breastfeeding is ideal but not always possible. It should not be a slandering debate.

18watt ~ I really, really, really wish you'd listen to yourself objectively.

You say your purpose is to provide info so parents can make proper choices. But that's according to you. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/God_complex

The moms on here can decide for themselves what choices are proper for them and their individual families.

And if you think these ladies/we suffer cognative dissonance, have you ever questioned your own ability to accept information contrary to your cherished beliefs, particularly that vaccinations are evil?

Who's to say you don't suffer from cognative dissonence?

I know I've said it before, but I find it so hard to believe that you who object so strenuously to government or outside interference, would attempt to tell other parents what THEIR choices should be regarding THEIR kids. Information has been welcomed, and Shawn has most certainly been welcoming to all, but almost NOBODY will appreciate somebody/anybody that's self~righteous, condescending, and or preachy when doing so. This isn't church and the moms on this forum don't require a pastor, or a male advisor, per se. Joining in is fine...

But etiquette and manners would suggest that sharing info shouldn't require you to pass judgement on the moms here or their familial choices, else reception thereof, as you can see, might be weak (at best).

And I don't mean to be harsh, but you need to tweak your social skills a bit. I know you have a lot to share, and presentation while not everything, is certainly crucial to the delivery.

CHALLENGING THE VACCINATION DOGMA

Are vaccines the cause of childhood arthritis?

    Dr. Sherri Tenpenny, DO
    July 15, 2007
    NewsWithViews.com

A chilling, consistent pattern exists in stories told by parents:

“My child was happy, healthy and normal. He was walking, learning to talk and interacting with his siblings. He was normal in every way?until his one-year well-baby check up. The ddoctor said it was time for his next round of shots. Unquestioning, the shots were given. Within weeks, he was autistic.”
The reports vary slightly in content and timing, but the descriptions of thousands of children who suddenly regress into the isolated world of autism are eerily the same.

    What is dogma?

Webster’s defines dogma as “a doctrine; a positive arrogant assertion of opinion” and medical dogmas certainly abound. Many have existed for decades simply because a claim of effectiveness was made and never disputed. Over time, the allegations were melded into medical jargon, presumed to be facts.

An early example of dogma in the vaccine industry occurred in 1913 when Dr. Simon Flexnor held out that polio was a disease caused by a virus entering the body through the nose and mouth. He postulated that paralysis arose when the virus traveled directly from the sinuses to the brain and the spinal cord. Flexnor’s assertions about the mode of paralysis were never reproduced and it is now known that polio is a gastrointestinal virus, not a respiratory virus.

Difficulties in developing a vaccine occurred because he propagated a dogma that the polio virus would only grow in neurological tissue, a culture media that was associated with life-threatening encephalitis in experimental animals. [1] No one attempted to use other types of tissue cultures to grow polioviruses. His solo paper remained unquestioned dogma for 25 years until Dr. John Enders found, serendipitously, that the virus would indeed grow in a variety of different tissues. When Enders’ revolutionary discovery was published in Science, January 28, 1949, the entire virology community immediately accepted the new findings. The polio vaccine was produced within five years. A scientific claim passed off as dogma vanished when challenged by scientific fact.

Present day vaccine dogma is promoted by The Institute of Medicine (IOM), a group of ostensibly impartial physicians, scientists and researchers. After reviewing the industry-funded research papers concluding there is no connection between vaccines and autism, the IOM similarly concludes there is no connection between vaccines and autism. How could they come to any other conclusion?

The phrase, “temporal association does not prove causality” means that even though two events occur at the same time, one event does not cause the other.” The IOM supports the dogma purported by the American Academy of Pediatrics: Since autism occurs chronologically around the same time as the first year vaccinations, angry parents need something to blame.

Parents blame the vaccine, but medical officials blame the defective child, a position supported by the government at the Centers for Disease Control (CDC.) The following statement was published in the CDC’s publication on infection diseases, referred to as The Pink Book:

“There is no distinct syndrome from vaccine administration, and therefore, many temporally associated adverse events probably represent background illness rather than illness caused by the vaccine?.the [vaccine] may stimulate or precipitate inevitable symptoms of underlying CNS disorder, such as seizures, infantile spasms, epilepsy or SIDS. By chance alone, some of these cases will seem to be temporally related to [the vaccine].” [2]

Current investigations are searching for a genetic cause for autism. [3] The identification of corrupt genes will give ammunition to public health and medical officials who are quick to point an incriminating finger at defective parents.

    Safety assumptions

The classic example of unquestioned dogma is the long held notion that the sun rotated around the earth. In 1530, Copernicus challenged the assumption with evidence that the earth rotated on its axis once daily and traveled around the sun once yearly. A fantastic concept for the times, the new information was considered heresy. Later, when Galileo supported Copernicus' conclusions, he was imprisoned, subjected to a trial by Holy Inquisitioners, and forced to withdraw his evidence to save his own life.

Similarly, parents are forced into vaccination decisions by modern day medical inquisitioners. Threats include expulsion from the medical practice and calls to children’s protective services with accusations of medical neglect. Parents are told vaccines are safe and necessary for keeping children healthy. But are they really safe?

Vaccination is a medical treatment, and, like dogmas, assumptions regarding the effectiveness of medical practices abound. A report published by The Government Accounting Office (GAO) in 1978 concluded that “only 10 to 20 percent of all procedures currently used in medical practice have been shown to be efficacious by controlled trials.” [4] In other words, up to 90 percent of accepted medical practices are assumed to be effective without proof. Vaccination falls into this category.

Contrary to repeated claims by the government and the pharmaceutical industry, vaccines have never been proven to be safe by the gold standard of medical research: The double-blind, placebo controlled investigation. In a placebo-controlled study, the safety of a medication is determined by comparing it to a neutral substance, such as a sugar pill. In vaccine safety trials, a new vaccine is not compared to an inert compound such as a shot of sterile water. Instead, the “placebo” is another vaccine. If the number of side effects caused by the experimental vaccine is found to be the same as the number of reactions caused by the placebo-vaccine, manufacturers declare the new vaccine to be “as safe as placebo.”

Another trick used by investigators to promote the safety of vaccines is to discount any part of the study’s data that suggests a problem. The following excerpt from a clinical trial demonstrates how a placebo-vaccine is used and the elimination of negative data occurs. The study was designed to determine the safety of Comvax®, a vaccine combining the Haemophilus influenza vaccine (HiB) and the hepatitis B vaccine into one shot.

“During the study, 17 children (1.9 percent) had an event within 14 days of vaccination that met one of the defining criteria of a serious adverse experience. These experiences included seizure, asthma, diarrhea, apnea (stopped breathing) [and others.] Virtually all of these adverse experiences were classified as serious because they involved a hospitalization. None was judged by the study investigators to be causally related [caused by] Comvax® or the placebo [the two vaccines given separately.] In addition, three deaths among participants in this study were attributed to sudden infant death syndrome [SIDS] occurred greater than14 days after administration of a dose of vaccine (on days 29, 31, and 38, respectively.) Again, none [of the deaths] was judged by the investigators to be related to vaccination.” [5]

The placebo in this study, the HiB and the hepatitis b vaccines, was a vaccine given as two separate shots. Because the number of side effects from the single shot was similar to the number of side effects induced by the separate shots, Comvax® was declared to be “as safe as placebo.” Investigators nullified the association between the vaccines and SIDS with a stroke of the pen. Comvax® was declared to be “well-tolerated.”

    Defining effective

Researchers define an effective vaccine as one that creates antibodies after being deposited into the bloodstream, a response called “positive seroconversion.” One vaccine is considered to be more effective than another, from a researcher’s perspective, if the first vaccine induces a larger antibody response than the second. [6]

The medical community and the general public define an effective vaccine as a vaccine that protects a person from the infection they have been vaccinated against. For example, the chickenpox vaccine is considered to be effective by doctors if, in the case of an outbreak, those vaccinated do not contract chickenpox.

The definitions differ substantially and have considerably different ramifications, mostly because the presence of an antibody does not assure the person will be protected from infection. Many outbreaks have occurred in fully vaccinated populations. One example was an out break of measles that occurred in a group where more than 99 percent of the population had been vaccinated. [7] Many outbreaks of chickenpox and mumps have occurred when children were fully vaccinated. [8]

A substantial body of evidence demonstrates that antibodies do not assure that a will be vaccine clinically effective. The package insert of the HiBTiter®, a vaccine to protect against an infection by the H. influenza b bacteria, clearly states “the contribution [antibodies make] to clinical protection is unknown.” [9] Similar findings have been reported about the pertussis vaccine: “The findings of efficacy studies have not demonstrated a direct correlation between antibody response and protection against pertussis disease.” [10] Even tetanus has occurred in patients with high anti-tetanus antibody levels. [11] The esteemed medical journal, Vaccine, states clearly, “It is known that, in many instances, antibody titers do not correlate with protection.” [12]

The dogma that vaccines are safe and effective has become a medical sacred cow, an icon regarded to be above criticism or attack. Challenges to vaccination have often been written off as conspiracy theories. Parents have learned through experience the difficulties of challenging their pediatrician’s vaccine mandates. Nonetheless, many are resisting the medical profession’s dogmas about vaccines and many are refusing vaccinations for their children.

A benchmark in a civilized society is the absence of infectious diseases, a doctrine that emerged during the pre-antibiotic era. Public health officials attribute low infection rates to mandatory vaccination policies rather than giving credit to improved personal hygiene and modern conveniences such as indoor plumbing. It is time for the truth about vaccines to be widely known. Vaccine safety has not been proven. Vaccines provide false security about protection. Vaccines can cause harm. It is time to dispense with the “safe and effective” dogma before one more person is harmed.

The Age of Autism: 'A pretty big secret'

    By DAN OLMSTED
    UPI Senior Editor
    CHICAGO, Dec. 7 (UPI) --

It's a far piece from the horse-and-buggies of Lancaster County, Pa., to the cars and freeways of Cook County, Ill.

But thousands of children cared for by Homefirst Health Services in metropolitan Chicago have at least two things in common with thousands of Amish children in rural Lancaster: They have never been vaccinated. And they don't have autism.

"We have a fairly large practice. We have about 30,000 or 35,000 children that we've taken care of over the years, and I don't think we have a single case of autism in children delivered by us who never received vaccines," said Dr. Mayer Eisenstein, Homefirst's medical director who founded the practice in 1973. Homefirst doctors have delivered more than 15,000 babies at home, and thousands of them have never been vaccinated.

The few autistic children Homefirst sees were vaccinated before their families became patients, Eisenstein said. "I can think of two or three autistic children who we've delivered their mother's next baby, and we aren't really totally taking care of that child -- they have special care needs. But they bring the younger children to us. I don't have a single case that I can think of that wasn't vaccinated."

The autism rate in Illinois public schools is 38 per 10,000, according to state Education Department data; the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention puts the national rate of autism spectrum disorders at 1 in 166 -- 60 per 10,000.

"We do have enough of a sample," Eisenstein said. "The numbers are too large to not see it. We would absolutely know. We're all family doctors. If I have a child with autism come in, there's no communication. It's frightening. You can't touch them. It's not something that anyone would miss."

No one knows what causes autism, but federal health authorities say it isn't childhood immunizations. Some parents and a small minority of doctors and scientists, however, assert vaccines are responsible.

This column has been looking for autism in never-vaccinated U.S. children in an effort to shed light on the issue. We went to Chicago to meet with Eisenstein at the suggestion of a reader, and we also visited Homefirst's office in northwest suburban Rolling Meadows. Homefirst has four other offices in the Chicago area and a total of six doctors.

Eisenstein stresses his observations are not scientific. "The trouble is this is just anecdotal in a sense, because what if every autistic child goes somewhere else and (their family) never calls us or they moved out of state?"

In practice, that's unlikely to account for the pronounced absence of autism, says Eisenstein, who also has a bachelor's degree in statistics, a master's degree in public health and a law degree.

Homefirst follows state immunization mandates, but Illinois allows religious exemptions if parents object based either on tenets of their faith or specific personal religious views. Homefirst does not exclude or discourage such families. Eisenstein, in fact, is author of the book "Don't Vaccinate Before You Educate!" and is critical of the CDC's vaccination policy in the 1990s, when several new immunizations were added to the schedule, including Hepatitis B as early as the day of birth. Several of the vaccines -- HepB included -- contained a mercury-based preservative that has since been phased out of most childhood vaccines in the United States.

Medical practices with Homefirst's approach to immunizations are rare. "Because of that, we tend to attract families that have questions about that issue," said Dr. Paul Schattauer, who has been with Homefirst for 20 years and treats "at least" 100 children a week.

Schattauer seconded Eisenstein's observations. "All I know is in my practice I don't see autism. There is no striking 1-in-166," he said.

Earlier this year we reported the same phenomenon in the mostly unvaccinated Amish. CDC Director Dr. Julie Gerberding told us the Amish "have genetic connectivity that would make them different from populations that are in other sectors of the United States." Gerberding said, however, studies "could and should be done" in more representative unvaccinated groups -- if they could be found and their autism rate documented.

Chicago is America's prototypical "City of Big Shoulders," to quote Carl Sandburg, and Homefirst's mostly middle-class families seem fairly representative. A substantial number are conservative Christians who home-school their children. They are mostly white, but the Homefirst practice also includes black and Hispanic families and non-home-schooling Jews, Catholics and Muslims.

They tend to be better educated, follow healthier diets and breast-feed their children much longer than the norm -- half of Homefirst's mothers are still breast-feeding at two years. Also, because Homefirst relies less on prescription drugs including antibiotics as a first line of treatment, these children have less exposure to other medicines, not just vaccines.

Schattauer, interviewed at the Rolling Meadows office, said his caseload is too limited to draw conclusions about a possible link between vaccines and autism. "With these numbers you'd have a hard time proving or disproving anything," he said. "You can only get a feeling about it.

"In no way would I be an advocate to stand up and say we need to look at vaccines, because I don't have the science to say that," Schattauer said. "But I don't think the science is there to say that it's not."

Schattauer said Homefirst's patients also have significantly less childhood asthma and juvenile diabetes compared to national rates. An office manager who has been with Homefirst for 17 years said she is aware of only one case of severe asthma in an unvaccinated child.

"Sometimes you feel frustrated because you feel like you've got a pretty big secret," Schattauer said. He argues for more research on all those disorders, independent of political or business pressures.

The asthma rate among Homefirst patients is so low it was noticed by the Blue Cross group with which Homefirst is affiliated, according to Eisenstein.

"In the alternative-medicine network which Homefirst is part of, there are virtually no cases of childhood asthma, in contrast to the overall Blue Cross rate of childhood asthma which is approximately 10 percent," he said. "At first I thought it was because they (Homefirst's children) were breast-fed, but even among the breast-fed we've had asthma. We have virtually no asthma if you're breast-fed and not vaccinated."

Because the diagnosis of asthma is based on emergency-room visits and hospital admissions, Eisenstein said, Homefirst's low rate is hard to dispute. "It's quantifiable -- the definition is not reliant on the doctor's perception of asthma."

Several studies have found a risk of asthma from vaccination; others have not. Studies that include never-vaccinated children generally find little or no asthma in that group.

Earlier this year Florida pediatrician Dr. Jeff Bradstreet said there is virtually no autism in home-schooling families who decline to vaccinate for religious reasons -- lending credence to Eisenstein's observations.

"It's largely non-existent," said Bradstreet, who treats children with autism from around the country. "It's an extremely rare event."

Bradstreet has a son whose autism he attributes to a vaccine reaction at 15 months. His daughter has been home-schooled, he describes himself as a "Christian family physician," and he knows many of the leaders in the home-school movement.

"There was this whole subculture of folks who went into home-schooling so they would never have to vaccinate their kids," he said. "There's this whole cadre who were never vaccinated for religious reasons."

In that subset, he said, "unless they were massively exposed to mercury through lots of amalgams (mercury dental fillings in the mother) and/or big-time fish eating, I've not had a single case."

Federal health authorities and mainstream medical groups emphatically dismiss any link between autism and vaccines, including the mercury-based preservative thimerosal. Last year a panel of the Institute of Medicine, part of the National Academies, said there is no evidence of such a link, and funding should henceforth go to "promising" research.

Thimerosal, which is 49.6 percent ethyl mercury by weight, was phased out of most U.S. childhood immunizations beginning in 1999, but the CDC recommends flu shots for pregnant women and last year began recommending them for children 6 to 23 months old. Most of those shots contain thimerosal.

Thimerosal-preserved vaccines are currently being injected into millions of children in developing countries around the world. "My mandate ... is to make sure at the end of the day that 100,000,000 are immunized ... this year, next year and for many years to come ... and that will have to be with thimerosal-containing vaccines," said John Clements of the World Health Organization at a June 2000 meeting called by the CDC.

That meeting was held to review data that thimerosal might be linked with autism and other neurological problems. But in 2004 the Institute of Medicine panel said evidence against a link is so strong that health authorities, "whether in the United States or other countries, should not include autism as a potential risk" when formulating immunization policies.

But where is the simple, straightforward study of autism in never-vaccinated U.S. children? Based on our admittedly anecdotal and limited reporting among the Amish, the home-schooled and now Chicago's Homefirst, that may prove to be a significant omission.

What could possibly be the problem?

Are both of you pharmaceutical sales-reps?

And why is it that I am the one who is accused of being rude, etc?

Can you all imagine if I were to go into one of the topics either of you brought up and told you to "give it up"?

I'd probably have Homeland Security at my house.

Is it really bugging you THAT much to hear the other side of this issue?

Aren't you both for CHOICE?

Some more info for you all to consider:

(and no, I'm not condoning Mary Tocco's outfit, even though I agree with her views on vaccination)

RAISING HEALTHY VACCINE DRUG-FREE CHILDREN

By Mary Tocco
May 24, 2008
NewsWithViews.com

As I speak to parents around the country, one of my goals is to empower them into making educated healthcare decisions. In order to do that, we must understand that what we are sold as healthcare in this country has completely misses the mark. I do not want to sound like I am anti-medical because I am grateful we have all the modern, acute trauma care capabilities available in hospitals around the country. I have, on a few occasions, utilized trauma care while raising my five children and always left with a little more respect for the care and the doctors who were there for us when we needed them.

I personally do not believe that healthy children and adults need drugs to remain healthy or to build immunity as in the case of vaccines. As one who has personally investigated childhood vaccines for over 27 years, I am shocked and very concerned with the current health of our precious children. They are indoctrinated from birth into this system of “sickness care” that has taken over this country in the last 30-40 years, witnessed during my lifetime. Consider the following statistics:

• The #1 cause of death and injury in America is medical errors…784,000 people die from medical mistakes. Over 2.2 million people are injured every year by prescription drugs alone and over 20 million unnecessary prescriptions are prescribed of antibiotics annually for viral infections. (A 7 Year study Nutritional Institute of America- October 24, 2003 Deadly Medical Mistakes Exposed, Gary Null (646)505-4660 x 155)
• 7.5 million Unnecessary medical and surgical procedures are performed every year and 8.9 million people are needlessly hospitalized annually. Consider this quote; “I was completely shocked, amazed and dismayed when I first added up all the statistics on medical death and saw how much allopathic medicine has betrayed us.” Carolyn Dean, MD, a physician and author who helped uncover findings for this study.
• “It is evident that the American medical system is the leading cause of death and injury in the United States. (783,936 costing 282 billion).” NIA October 24, 2003

I find the results of this report unacceptable and a disgrace. You may ask, “How can this be happening to us?” Part of the problem is that the government, colleges and the medical universities are financially controlled by big Pharma. Many doctors from the medical camp are aware of the catastrophic problem facing this country. Dr. Lucian L. Leape wrote an article called Error in American Medicine, The Journal of American Medical Association 1994: “The number of people who die from “Iatrogenic” medicine is equivalent to over 10 jumbo jets crashing every day.” Jerome Kassirer MD, former editor of the New England Journal of Medicine stated, “Americans are over medicated, taking far too many drugs, most of which they don’t even need and they are paying too much for them.” It is public knowledge that the drug Vioxx is responsible for 88,000 to 139,000 reported stroke or heart attacks with 78,000 deaths (Merck) and the drug Prozac causes increased propensity to violence (54 million people use worldwide) Eli Lilly has no problem admitting it . Dr. Robert Lusetich 12/16/04 exposed how well organized this market is: They have 87 thousand pharmaceutical sales reps and spend billions to wine and dine over 700,000 doctors in this country. Wow! Imagine that sales force.

Moms and Dads, are your children really healthy? I would like to introduce you to a different way of viewing health. It all starts with you in your home and you must understand that your healthcare decisions are based on what you have been exposed to in your lifetime. I challenge you to take a moment and think of where you got your current beliefs from. Your children will learn first-hand from you and I believe it is the difference between indoctrination and education. I personally had to unlearn and relearn through the process of questioning and educating myself on normal body function and the role of immunity. I believe we all need brain washing!

There are two distinct forms of healthcare in this country; The Allopathic Medical Model and the Vitalistic Healthcare System.

1, The first and the one all medical education is based on is Allopathic Medicine which treats symptoms with drugs, surgery or chemotherapy. Symptoms are not viewed as a good thing but as something to be altered or removed. When body parts fail, they get removed. One waits until they are “sick” to take action and then they take medications or get surgery. It is up to the doctor/drug to heal them; the work is done from the outside in.

2, The second model is called Vitalistic Healthcare, which acknowledges that the body has within it innate wisdom that controls and coordinates all functions. Symptoms are good, the way the body communicates with us that it is out of balance. By understanding how the body functions, we then trust the living doctor within. The goal is to allow the body to develop and thrive without interference. Only in life threatening situations would one turn to drugs or surgery as a solution. This forces one to be more pro active in promoting health through whole foods, chiropractic, fitness and many other natural non-invasive ways to help support normal body function.

There are variations of these two healthcare models such as homeopathy and naturopathy, herbs and many other approaches. These approaches attempt healing by treating symptoms with more natural methods, other than drugs.

I raised my five children outside the medical model utilizing a vitalistic approach. I learned before I had my first child that the body will always do what is best for it for survival. This meant that I must “trust” the inner doctor even if I do not understand. My learning started before I had my first child when my chiropractor shared some facts with me! That began my quest for understanding and truth. Here are some of the gems I have discovered that have helped me to “trust” the human body and raise my children drug and vaccine free:

• You can never cure a cold; it is your body’s way of cleaning out!
• The fever is a good thing that will kill off unwanted bacteria and bring the body back to homeostasis! Interferons are a class of Proteins; activated by fever of 102 degrees that prevent viral replication in surrounding cells and also inhibit the growth of cancer cells. A fever at 103 degrees, the body sends all the nutrition to the spleen and stores it while starving off bacteria to kill it. What does Tylenol and aspirin do? When we take these drugs, we are breaking down the defense system created to protect us!

• Diarrhea and vomiting are the body’s way of ridding itself of unwanted toxins.
• Nature knows best. Man just guesses!
• A symptom is the way the body communicated to us, don’t interfere with it, try to get to the underlying cause and support the bodies natural healing!
• The Power that made the body heals the body!
• Drugs can interfere with the body’s ability to heal and they are always toxic!
• Our educated brain only knows a fraction of what really goes on!
• The way to health is through function, detoxification and good nutrition!
• Infants: breast feeding is best, Mother Natures knows more than we do.
• Pertaining to childbirth- Vaginal births prepare child for outside world.
• Don’t interfere with nature, encourage it and embrace it.
• A rash is the final stage - have no fear!
• Glands are meant to swell, it means they are working.
• Germs are a part of life; they play a very important role in life.
• We need all the organs we come into the world with.
• Chiropractic and nutrition first, M.D. and drugs last.

Look at animals in nature. Only domesticated animals suffer with chronic illness like us because we treat them the same way we treat ourselves: vaccines, artificial foods and drugs.

My goal is to encourage you to carefully examine your healthcare beliefs and know that you have many other non-invasive choices. An investment in your health will pay huge dividends for you and your children. You can pass down to them what seems to be lost in our society: Respect for the human body and the creator who made us. My children are a testimony that we really can raise our families “Drug Free” by nurturing and supporting the way the body was meant to function naturally. In my vision of the “Perfect World,” we would all learn about normal natural immunity and only need crisis medical care in emergencies. Moms and Dads trust your intuition and never stop learning. I am working to be part of the solution for the failing health of our children. They are the future and I almost fear that we are too late for this generation.

This is my cry for hope and change in this crazy world and I need parents to embrace and take responsibility for the health of their families. Remember, TRUTH has a certain ring to it, seek it all the time and be willing to let go old of untested and dangerous rituals that we have been indoctrinated to believe.

God Bless you on your healthcare journey.
