THank you for this! My husband and mother-in-law LOOOOVVVVe cheese cake! I've never personally cared for it, but I do so enjoy chocolate pie, but rarely have it. Our younger sweet tooth boy would probably like it, too. I don't think he ever has tried. With all these recipes flying around here lately, the boys are bound to like one or another. lol

Really weird thing, I have ALWAYS hated cheesecake and my stomach would turn at the thought. I just never thought cream cheese and sweet/sugar went together. I love cream cheese. I thought making it sweet was a desecration!
Then I got pregnant with Lillian. 30 years of my life no cheesecake. Boy have I made up for it since then. I actually like it now, and crave it sometimes. Like last night for instance-lol. I really like to go for a jog at night and it rained with lightning so couldn’t go I of course opt for the worse possible alternative. Send hubby to the store for a test tub of that premade cheesecake blend I posted about. At Bartow Publix it was $4.19 for a tub, but I had the $1 off coupon. I slathered it into a graham cracker crust. The texture is nice and thick. The taste was "okay". It wasn't jump over the moon heaven” but pretty good, good enough to eat my piece and what Lilly didn’t eat of her's. ~Mother to Brandon, Austin, Ethan, Ryan and Lillian~ Breaking Lillian of the bink.
