Too funny - this is exactly what we're having for dinner tonight. My dough recipe is slightly different - I use honey and don't use oats - but I'll definitely give yours a try in future! Thanks for posting Smiler

I used to make this dough without the oats, but we think the oats make it lighter and crispier. Another perk: this makes a very hearty, filling pizza. I only need about 1 1/2 slices. My husband will usually eat 2-3, and the kids each eat one. We end up with leftovers from just one pie!
