Good ideas. It's definitely a good thing to have some cooked food frozen for a later time. We have frozen pancakes before but not french toast. yum

Thanks for this recipe! Sounds delicious.

I make wholewheat waffles for my kids and freeze batches of them. I have a Mickey Mouse waffle iron, too - so they gobble them up!

I don't give my kids processed foods - and I know other moms think I'm weird - but I'd rather know exactly what I'm feeding them.

I have this most awesome book called make a mix cookery It gives you the recipes for any type of mix ( bisquick , cake mix, cookies, hot roll, taco seaoning,etc/...) I love it I just starte making mixes it better than buying them in the store and you know what is in them exactly, and it is still cheaper to do this than buy the mixes. if anyone want a recipe let me Know I will post some.

I add Cinnomin and vanilla to my pancake and french toast mix, But I also add applesauce and baby cereal to th pancakes for extra nutrition, for the whole fam. they are not as fluffy but still yummy.
