Thanks. Courtney, you cracked me up!

Tonia, that is an interesting recipe. I never heard of using eggs. I usually just make some elbow macaroni, add some pats of butter (the real thing) and then a hefty dose of Romano Cheese. I was just wondering if anyone had something more/better to offer. I was hoping someone would share their baked macaroni recipe. But, I suppose I could do it that same way, then around the top add mozzarella or a sharp cheddar and bake? I'll have to try that.

I LOVE stuffed shells, too. Although, haven't made those in some years. I just mix all sorts of different cheeses together, stuff the mixture into the cooked shells, line a baking dish with a bit of sauce then the stuffed shells, top with mozzarella and cheddar as I could with the mac 'n cheese and bake until slightly browned.

Hmmmm, is that lunch I hear calling?? I am hungry!

My friend just made the best mac n cheese. I asked her for her recipe and she said it is the back of the mueller's box, but she uses white cheddar instead of the yellow cheddar!

Let me tell I think it would have been really good with ritz crackers or bread pieces on top to give it a little crunchy topping.

Thanks Lisa, I'll look at the back of those boxes next time we shop. Using the white cheddar instead seems like it'd give it a more gourmet look.
