Very interesting, I recently used fresh basil with a Thai chicken dish I make and it was awesome. I have always left the basil out before Picky Husband! but not anymore! he will have to deal with it.

Lisa since you are close, I have to get you some fresh herbs. I have a ton of fresh basil, rosemary, and oregano. I can not use it all!

i have this chicken dish that uses all sorts of fresh herbs. it was on jay lenos tonight show oh it was sooo good. i should make it again. i love to cook with fresh herbs but i can never get them to keep so i don't.

Courtney, next time you drive through Bartow let me know and I will show you were my herbs are. Then you can just come and get them when swinging through when ever you want
