Some of you may have seen this before on Baby Center. If not, it is worth the read if you haven't caught it. Gives you ideas on chemical vs chemical free sunscreen and what SPF to use. I always used the higher the better. This article said that may not be a good thing and tells why! It does mention to use at least a 15 SPF.

That's really good stuff to know or check into ~ what with summer coming up fast. I can only imagine what it's going to be like this year, if it's already this hot & we have cloud cover to boot.

(I thought the higher spf was better too.)

Shawn, good idea for the summer months. My husband and I have been surprised by how cool its been longer into the year this year. We have only recently put the a/c on and not at low as we have in the past.

I wanted to share that Burt's Bees has a more natural sunscreen, too.

Check this out:

We can't use anything because of our sons' sensitive skin and allergies but we just monitor when we have them in the sun, what they wear, and how long we're in the sun. We will be checking on this Burt's Bees products now, though.
